Following his graduation from San Jose State University, Jaspal had the opportunity to rejoin Steven, this time at Twitter. Their professional trajectory, bound by mutual respect and shared vision for innovation, laid the foundation of a strong partnership.
Steven, a discerning observer, watched as a sequence of events thrust Jaspal into a severely taxing legal ordeal. In November 2022, Jaspal found himself in the throes of a distressing legal predicament. He was unjustly embroiled in a frivolous and vexatious litigation, where the opposing party's brazen disregard for truth had left him with the daunting task of scrutinizing 1,400 pages of court documents. His mission: to unmask inconsistencies, contradictions, and outright perjurious statements.
Reality struck as he grappled with the first page, a paper cut serving as a stark reminder of the monotonous and painful journey that lay ahead. The absence of an efficient solution amplified the strain of his ordeal, pushing Jaspal to confront the status quo.
Empowered by this personal crisis, and driven by an indomitable spirit of innovation, Jaspal reached out to Steven. Together, they embarked on a mission to develop an efficient solution for the problem at hand, leading to the creation of Perjury.ai.
